Marta Bizic

Dr Marta Bizic is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade. Prof. Bizic is working as a pediatric urologist at University Children's Hospital in Belgrade. Dr Bizic is also a member of Belgrade Center for Urogenital Reconstructive Surgery, working in the field of congenital and acquired urogenital anomalies, as well as gender affirmation surgery. Dr Bizic is a member of many international societies in the field of pediatric surgery, urology and transgender medicine: EAU, AUA, SIU, EUPSA, ESPU, GURS, EPATH and WPATH. She also served as a member of the Board of Directors of GURS until 2025. She is an author/co-author of more than 80 published peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, as well as numerous peer-reviewed abstracts. As a member of the Belgrade team, she has been multiply awarded for presentations at various national and international scientific meetings.
